1. Special Purpose Machine Panels
This panels are exclusively quite different and designed as per customer requirement. Required inputs are provided to the PLC in panels as per requirement of the machine & output commands are given to the equipments on the machine.
2. Lift Irrigation & Auto Transformer Starter Panels
These panels are used for lift irrigation schemes either with Star- Delta or Auto transformer starters. Auto transformer with specific tappings is selected as per requirement. Generally for higher HP oil cooled autotransformer is used.
Exclusively used in irrigation projects, oil cooled auto transformer are as a starting & taps are changes progressively. Finally this transformer is set out of circuit & panel works as DOL.
3. Change Over Panels
These panels are either manual change over or auto changeover of D.G. set & mains supply. The panels are built by using change over switches or contactors or Air Circuit Breakers depend up on capacity of D.G. Set & mains supply.
4. Soft Start Starter Panels
This has application where controlled inrush current is required. These starters are cost effective for heavy machines where mechanical damages are subjected, Sugar machinery & large pumping schemes.
5. APFC Panels
This panel is essential part in every electrical installation. This is used to improve the power factor of the installation which gives benefit for tarrif covers maximum demand, these are coming with Switching or Thyrister switching of capacitors and can be made from 15kVAR to 1200kVAR.
6. Multiparty Metering Panels
This is a new concept recently launched in market where a textile cluster is promoted The main H.T. Metering is done at Transformer center & L.T. metering is done at Multiparty Metering panel. The main H.T. Metering is done at Transformer center & L.T. metering is done at Multiparty Metering panel. This gives L.T. Terrif benefit to the individual cluster consumer.
7. Motor Control Panels
This is exclusive tailor made product & is designed as per requirement of customer Nos. of motors are started from this panel center & mostly these are DOL or Star- delta Starter motors.
8. Power Distribution Panels
This is a main source of power distribution in a industrial or commercial plant. The main power from distribution transformer is inducted by cables / bus – ducts through main incomer ACB / MCCB.
Various tappings are taken from main bus bar through individual ACB/ MCCB or SFU etc. for different departments. Measuring instruments such as Voltmeter, Ampere meter, Load manager, Multifunction meter, indicators etc are provided on incomer & as well as on out-going feeder as per customer requirement. This is a custom built product.
9. DG Synchronizing Panels
These panels are required when two or three DG set are to be synchronized to provide more power to the system. Auto synchronizing & auto load sharing is done in these panels.
10. RTPFC Panels
These panels are used when accurate power factor is to be controlled with thyristor module by firing thyristor at zero cross over to avoid any damage in the system.
11. Solar Panels
These panels are reverse panels of power distribution system. Where multiple inputs from solar panels are connected & common output to the system or grid to be feed.
12. AMF Panels
These panels are required when mains supply fails & DG supply to be used. This panels given command to DG set to start. When mains supply resumes it gives stop command to DG se & mains supply is restarted in circuit.
